Etiquette on our date...

Etiquette is I suppose, really just good manners. It's something I always consider when with a client and I trust that it will be reciprocated.

Making contact
When calling or emailing please try to be concise as to your preferred times / locations etc. I will always try to fit in with your plans, but since I get pre-bookings last minute calls with no notice for the same evening are not usually possible. I will always need a mobile number that I can call back if necessary – I will of course always be very discrete and respect any instruction to not return calls at certain times as defined by you.
IMPORTANT
If you call and leave a message for me to call you at your hotel, on the hotel's number, please make sure you leave your FULL name and room number, as hotels will not connect me unless I supply the full name of the guest.

Booking, cancellation etc
When you place a booking I will ask that you CONFIRM the appointment on that day, without this confirmation i will assume you have changed your plans. As I have said elsewhere on this site, last minute cancellations are something I take a very dim view of – so please don't do it unless it's absolutely unavoidable. If you are not sure about making the appointment please call as soon as possible so that I can re-arrange my diary. I very much look forward to your call, but only if it's a serious enquiry – I am not interested in talking to time-wasters and in these cases I will terminate the conversation immediately.

Donations
Donations are as stated. Please do not try to negotiate on them. In some instances, once I have seen a client a few times then I may agree on some slight reduction. If there are any travel expenses (only applies for areas outside my normal area and overseas} we can agree them at the outset and in the case of foreign travel I would obviously require the travel expenses to be paid, plus a small deposit before travelling. When meeting up I will ask for the fee to be paid at the beginning of our encounter. Please note that these donations are purely for private time together, whatever else happens is purely a matter between two consenting adults.

Personal security / your privacy
I can assure you of absolute discretion and your personal identity is revealed in strict confidence. For my security, I always ensure that my exact location and time and duration of any appointment is known by a colleague, who I always contact on leaving.

Dinner dates / overnight liaisons
Donations for dinner dates and overnight liaisons assume that we spend about two hours getting to know each other over dinner in the hotel restaurant or a nearby one of your choosing. I realise that in some cases it may be necessary for your schedule or privacy to use room service, in which case please advise me of this at the outset. And in the case of overnight liaisons please undersatnd that I will need SOME sleep!
